Cielo Vista

Cielo Vista is a mixed-use, highrise project located on the corner of East Washington Avenue and Veterans Memorial Drive, on a 2.8-acre site in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada.

The project is intended to enhance the quality of high-density residences in the City of Las Vegas while contributing to the overall downtown redevelopment projects.

The site design follows the Las Vegas Centennial Design Standards by incorporating urban, walkable streetscape and retail, a self-contained parking garage, and a condominium residential highrise.

The residential portion of Cielo Vista will be seven stories above ground level to maximize security and incorporate one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom units in a configuration that allows maximum views in all directions.
